Overview

  • Welcome to orbt.stream, a service operated by bradydallama LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
  • By accessing or using our website, widgets, or services (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
  • If you do not agree, you may not use or access orbt.stream.

Eligibility

  • You must comply with the Platform & Providers' Terms of Service and any other connected platform's rules.

Accounts and Connections

  • You may connect your Provider accounts to use widgets or integrations.
  • When you connect, we receive certain Provider data authorized by you through Provider's API.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Use of Widgets

  • You may use widgets provided on orbt.stream for personal or commercial streaming purposes.
  • You may not:
    • Resell, redistribute, or rehost widgets purchased or obtained through orbt.stream.
    • Reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse widgets or backend systems.
    • Use widgets for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or Provider guideline-violating content.

Payments and Purchases

  • orbt.stream currently offers paid widgets and free platform access.
  • Payments for widgets are processed by Etsy, and are subject to their terms and policies.
  • Terms of widget purchases, including refunds, are listed in greater detail on the Etsy shop pages.

Service Availability

  • We aim to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without notice.
  • We are not liable for downtime, Provider API changes, or resulting loss of income, data, or performance.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including widget code, design, and branding, is owned by bradydallama LLC.
  • Users retain ownership of their Provider content but grant us a limited license to display or process it for widget functionality.

Termination

  • You may disconnect your Provider accounts or delete your profile at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate users who violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, orbt.stream and bradydallama LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Platform.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of orbt.stream after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
